How does the Immigration process works?

The Petitioner will be collected as normal here in the US.

The Beneficiary(s) will usually be collected overseas, coordinated by the Embassy, Consulate, or Agency.

The sample collection kit will be expressed overseas with instruction for sample(s) to be shipped back to the Laboratory.  DNA test results, affidavit, and client chain of custody documentation will also be expressed back by the laboratory to the Embassy, Consulate, or Agency, so the visa can be processed immediately.
An international shipping fee (in addition to the base testing fee) will be assessed, with the fee based on the country - fees range from $155 to $245.  Note this fee includes legal packet with affidavit necessary to accompany report.  Consult NEDAT for exact fees.
